Jamboreees and festivals

Rugby WA plans to hold beginning and end of season YRO and HSRO events. SRF will fund $1000 per event pending completed application.

Logistics:

Rugby WA and event host agree on date, time, location, format of the event. Rugby WA and event host must give notice of the event to SRF and funds will be sent to the host upon receipt for a completed application. Contents of the host application should include, date, times, location, format of the event, number of fields to be used, agreement to fulfill the conditions laid out in the succeeding paragraphs and name and address where the funds should be directed.

Rugby WA and host also agree to:

• Acknowledge SRF’s contribution to the event in all paper and electronic advertisements and notices of the event (e.g. event sponsored and made possible by a grant from the Seattle Rugby Foundation).
• Allow SRF to advertise at the event by displaying banners, erecting a tent and soliciting financial contributions from event attendees and distribute promotional materials.
• After the event, supply SRF with event performance data including number of fields used, number of participants, number of games played and other pertinent data.
